Reinspection

A Reinspection is a report of all corrected defects on a previous report. This includes corrections from a previous General Home Inspection. This is to ensure the seller was able to address certain defects. We are also able to reinspect homes that have a previous report from another home inspector. Similarly, we are able to reinspect a hazard noted on a 4-point inspection so that a clean version of the report may be turned into the insurance company. Alternatively, we are also able to reinspect a home for a Wind Mitigation if changes were made for a better impact rating.

The terms of the reinspection are subject to the previous inspection agreement.
