We are glad you are considering your 1st Inspection with us. Here is what you can expect from your first Kore Home Inspection.
Step 1
Appointment has been confirmed and the pre-inspection agreement is signed.
Step 2
Inspectors will arrive on time to the inspection location. They will provide a detailed rundown of the inspection process. They will capture photos and make annotations on their device.
Step 3
As you wait, feel free to stop the inspector and ask about any questions or concerns you may have. Our inspectors will NEVER disclose any defects or hazards to the owner without your explicit confirmation.
Step 4
At the conclusion, the inspector will go through the report highlighting all major concerns with you and your agent.
Step 6
If after the inspection, you have any questions about the report we will connect you with the inspector.
