How much will a home inspection cost?
The value of a home inspection depends on the size and scope of the home.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. All of our inspectors are licensed by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (Florida DBPR). Moreover, we are certified and members of Internachi, the international association of home inspectors.
Do I have to pay extra for a 4-Point and Wind Mitigation?
Every home inspection comes with a 4-Point and Wind Mitigation report.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer a variety of bundle and bulk discounts. Give our office a call to see how you can save money on your inspection.
Do you offer same day inspections?
Yes, we can inspect most homes within an hour notice.
How long before I receive the report?
Reports are always delivered immediately after the inspection before we drive away.
Condos and apartments typically take 1-2 hours. Whereas, single family homes typically take 2-3 hours.
What do I do if I have a question about the report?
Our office is open 6 days a week to take calls concerning a report. You can call us at 305-924-2364.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes, our office and inspectors are fluent in both English and Spanish.
Which areas do you serve?
We service all of Miami-Dade County, Broward County, Palm Beach County, Martin County, and Port St Lucie County.
Do I need a home inspection to have Kore Protection?
