Rental Inspection

A Rental Inspection is for homeowners who intend to rent out their property to tenants. It includes cosmetic details that are not normally reported in the General Home Inspection along with: Roofing, Attic, Foundation, Exterior, Structure, Interior, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical. Examples of cosmetic details may include worn appliances, chipping paint, dirty floors, and broken blinds. It is a great way to have the home move-in ready for the tenant.
